Twitter Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) has filed a lawsuit towards Tesla and Spacex CEO Elon Musk for backing out of the deal to purchase the social media platform. The lawsuit, filed within the Delaware Court of Chancery, names Musk and his firms — X Holdings I and X Holdings II — as defendants.

Twitter alleges:
